2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided online, by phone, text, or email are non-binding and for informational purposes only.

Final pricing is determined on-site based on the actual scope of work, volume, weight, access, and labor required.

Additional items, excessive weight, difficult access, or hazardous materials may result in price adjustments.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

3. Payments & Invoices

Payment is required at the time of service unless prior invoicing terms have been approved.

Any outstanding invoices must be paid according to the terms stated on the invoice.

Failure to remit payment may result in service refusal, late fees, or collection actions as permitted by law.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the job site

Clearly identifying items to be removed

Disclosing hazardous, restricted, or prohibited materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, fuel, or medical waste

Jake’s Junk Removal Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or materials are not properly disclosed.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit forms on our website, or enter into any agreement with Jake's Junk Removal Solutions LLC.

By using our services, submitting a service request, or providing your information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this age requirement.
