1. Services

Jake's Junk Removal Solutions LLC provides junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, demolition, and related services in King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County, Washington. All services are subject to availability, service area, and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, illegal, or undisclosed materials or conditions.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided online, by phone, text, or email are non-binding and for informational purposes only. Final pricing is determined on-site based on the actual scope of work, volume, weight, access, and labor required. Additional items, excessive weight, difficult access, or hazardous materials may result in price adjustments. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

3. Payments & Invoices

Payment is required at the time of service unless prior invoicing terms have been approved. We accept cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment methods. Any outstanding invoices must be paid according to the terms stated on the invoice. Failure to remit payment may result in service refusal, late fees, or collection actions as permitted by law.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the job site; clearly identifying items to be removed; and disclosing hazardous, restricted, or prohibited materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, fuel, paint, batteries, or medical waste. Jake's Junk Removal Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or materials are not properly disclosed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jake's Junk Removal Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items; damage caused by hidden hazards, improper access, or customer-provided instructions; or items removed at the customer's direction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

7. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or in person, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Jake's Junk Removal Solutions LLC related to services you request, including scheduling, confirmations, service updates, and follow-ups. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers.
